If a referral fee is not customary in your firm, MMC will donate the referral fee to your designated charity in your name. Simply fill out the requested information and fax, scan, email, or mail it back to MidMarket Capital.
We will counter sign the agreement and return it to you. Then we will contact you to acquire any additional information that would be helpful in signing an engagement agreement with your client.
